This is a four-day training, 4 hours each day with a 1 hour break for lunch. Upon completion, EveryAction Super Users will understand the standard capabilities of EveryAction and be able to use the software to optimize fundraising outcomes. This Training will cover the building blocks of your CRM: understanding contacts, contributions, reporting basics, data upload and management. In addition, we'll review the digital engagement tools through Online Actions as well as supporter outreach tools like Targeted Email, Automation, and more.
